Where we stand today

TB BOUTIQUE LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. There are no advertising or retargeting trackers on tbboutique.shop, and we do not pass browsing or purchase data to ad networks or data brokers.

That means there is nothing to opt out of. We keep this request channel open anyway, because California law entitles you to make the request regardless, and because you should be able to get that confirmation in writing if you want it.

We honour browser opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, by default.

What happens next

We acknowledge within 10 business days.
We verify who you are, using details you already gave us. We do not ask for new identification we do not already hold.
We respond substantively within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days if the request is complex — we tell you if we need that time.
If we refuse any part of a request, we explain why and how to appeal.

We will never charge you a different price, give you worse service, or refuse to sell to you because you exercised a privacy right. An authorised agent may submit a request with your signed written permission. Requests are kept for up to 24 months as a record of compliance.
