Who we are

Silkline is the trading name of TB BOUTIQUE LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business at 2461 Ainsworth Avenue, Spring Hill, Florida 34609, United States. We are the business responsible for deciding how the personal information described in this policy is used.

You can reach us at support@tbboutique.shop or +1 560 207 4910, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Eastern Time.

What we collect and why

We only collect what an order or an enquiry actually requires.

  • Identifiers and contact details — name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. Used to process, ship and support your order, and to reply to enquiries.
  • Commercial information — the items you view, add to a bag and order, order value, discount codes applied. Used to fulfil orders, handle returns and understand which products people want.
  • Internet and device activity — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page. Used to keep the site secure and working, and to measure aggregate traffic.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us through the contact form, gift help form or by email. Used only to answer you.
  • Marketing preferences — your email address if you choose to join our mailing list, and whether you have unsubscribed.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under California law. We do not ask for a Social Security number, driver’s licence number, precise geolocation, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or the contents of your private communications with others. We do not use any personal information to infer characteristics about you.

We never receive your full card number, expiry date or security code. Those are entered directly into an encrypted payment page operated by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do a job for us, and only for that job. Each is bound by contract to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.

  • Payment processing — to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfilment — to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Email delivery — to send order confirmations, dispatch notices and mailing list emails.
  • Website hosting and infrastructure — to run and secure tbboutique.shop.
  • Spam prevention — to verify that a form submission comes from a person.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or the business. If the business is ever sold or restructured, customer records may transfer to the acquiring entity, which would remain bound by this policy.

We have not sold personal information, and we have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, in the preceding twelve months. We do not do so now and have no plans to. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How long we keep it

  • Order and transaction records — for as long as tax, accounting and consumer protection law requires.
  • Enquiries and gift help requests — up to 24 months from your last contact with us.
  • Details entered at checkout without completing payment — up to 24 months, so we can help if you return to finish the order. Ask us and we will delete them immediately.
  • Mailing list — until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regardless of whether you have bought anything from us:

  • Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
  • Right to delete — subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or complying with a legal obligation.
  • Right to correct — inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither, but the channel to make the request is open regardless.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any, so there is nothing to limit.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will never charge you a different price, give you a lower level of service, or refuse to sell to you because you exercised a privacy right.

Make a request at your privacy choices, by emailing support@tbboutique.shop with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or by calling +1 560 207 4910. We verify requests by matching the details you give us against our records, and we may ask for confirmation from the email address on the order. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days where necessary, telling you if we do.

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you.

Other US state privacy laws

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and others as those laws take effect — have broadly equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising, sale and certain profiling.

We do not conduct targeted advertising, sell personal information, or carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Use the same channels above to make a request, and tell us which state you live in. Where a state law provides a right to appeal a refused request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond in writing within the period that law allows.

Children (COPPA)

This store is intended for adults. We do not direct tbboutique.shop at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact support@tbboutique.shop and we will delete it promptly.

Customers aged between 13 and 17 may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who must place any order.

Small parts warning: some accessories contain small components and are not suitable for young children.

Visitors outside the United States

We ship worldwide and this site can be viewed from anywhere. Personal information you give us is processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from the law where you live.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Where we transfer information out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses. Use the contact details above to exercise any of these rights.

How we protect it

tbboutique.shop is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job and is protected by individual accounts. Payment card data never reaches our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information in a way that is likely to create a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect if we hold your address.
