Terms of service

These terms form the agreement between you and TB BOUTIQUE LLC (“we”, “us”) when you buy from tbboutique.shop. They apply alongside our privacy policy, shipping policy, returns policy, refund policy and cookie policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that governs that order.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian must place the order. The site is not intended for anyone under 13.

You must give accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for a parcel that cannot be delivered because the address given was wrong or incomplete.

Adding an item to your bag and completing the checkout form is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch by email.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we suspect fraud, if the delivery address is in a place we cannot lawfully ship to, or if the order looks like a resale quantity. If we cancel after you have paid, you receive a full refund and we tell you why.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per household. This is a retail store for personal use; it is not a wholesale channel.

Prices are in USD. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the item itself. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you are asked to pay. Applicable United States state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Sales tax registration and collection obligations vary by state and change over time. Where we are required to collect tax on a sale we do so. Nothing on this site is tax advice.

Payment is taken through an encrypted payment page operated by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. If a payment is declined, the order does not proceed.

For deliveries outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in our prices and are not refunded by us if a parcel is refused.

We correct pricing errors when we find them. If an item’s price was obviously wrong and you have already ordered it, we contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you want it at the correct price or a full refund.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including base metal, plating, whether it contains nickel, dimensions and adjustment range. Read the product page before ordering if a material matters to you.

• Plated is stated. Where a piece is plated we say so and name the base metal. Plated items are not solid precious metal and are not gold-filled. Plating is a surface layer that wears with time and use.
• Simulated stones and pearls are described as simulated. They are not natural gemstones or cultured pearls.
• Sensitive skin. We identify materials such as 316L stainless steel and 925 sterling silver, and we say when a piece contains nickel. We make no claim that any item is incapable of causing a reaction, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim. Stop wearing any item that irritates your skin.
• No health claims. Nothing we sell is claimed to treat, cure or prevent any condition, and no magnetic, energy, wellness or protective properties are claimed for any product.
• Colour and measurement. Screens reproduce colour differently. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly. Natural materials vary piece to piece.
• Small parts. Some items contain small components and are not suitable for young children.

All designs are our own or generic, unbranded styles. We do not sell counterfeit, replica or unauthorised branded goods, and we do not reproduce third-party trademarks, monograms or copyrighted artwork.

Stock levels shown on the site are our best information at the time. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we contact you within one business day with the choice of a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.

Discount codes and free-shipping thresholds are subject to the promotion terms. In short: one code per order, first-order codes are for first orders only, codes cannot be combined, and we may withdraw a promotion at any time before you place an order.

You may use tbboutique.shop to browse and buy for personal use. You may not scrape it, copy its content or images for commercial use, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.

All content on this site — text, photography, layout, the Silkline name and mark — belongs to TB BOUTIQUE LLC or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products are supplied for ordinary personal use. Follow the care instructions on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accident, ordinary wear, or contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorine or salt water.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, civil emergency or supplier failure. If such an event affects your order we contact you and, if the delay is significant, offer a full refund.

Tell us first. Email support@tbboutique.shop with your order reference and we will try to resolve it directly — most issues are settled within a few days.

If a card dispute is raised before you have contacted us, we will provide the payment processor with the order record, the terms you accepted at checkout, and the delivery evidence.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida. Nothing here removes any right you have to bring a claim in your local small claims court where the law gives you that right.

We also comply with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and applicable Federal Trade Commission rules in how we advertise, describe and sell our products.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. This agreement is between you and us; no one else may enforce it.
