Promotion terms

Silkline sells physical accessories on a one-off basis. Placing an order charges you once, for that order. We do not operate:

• monthly or annual memberships;
• subscription boxes or auto-replenishment;
• stored account balances, wallets or gift-card credit sold in advance;
• points, tiers or loyalty schemes;
• any arrangement that charges your card again without you placing a new order.

If you ever see a recurring charge from TB BOUTIQUE LLC or Silkline, it is an error or it is not us. Contact support@tbboutique.shop immediately and see the refund policy.

• Takes 10% off the merchandise subtotal, before shipping and tax.
• Valid on a first order only, one use per customer, household and payment method.
• Cannot be combined with another discount code.
• Applies to the whole catalogue unless a specific product page says otherwise.
• Must be entered in the bag before checkout. It cannot be added retrospectively.
• Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.

If you return items from a discounted order, the refund reflects the price you actually paid, not the pre-discount price. Returning part of an order does not entitle you to reuse the code.

• Applies automatically to United States standard delivery when the merchandise subtotal, after any discount and before tax, reaches $60.00.
• Does not apply to expedited services or to international destinations.
• If a return takes the order below the threshold, the shipping cost we absorbed is deducted from the refund. This is stated in the returns policy as well.

Gift sets are sold as a single product at a single price, not as a discount applied to separate items. Suggested pairings shown on a product page or in the Style Finder are recommendations only — each item is added to your bag at its own listed price, and you can remove any of them before paying.

Joining our mailing list is free and involves no purchase. It sends new pieces and styling notes, at most a few times a month.

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also email support@tbboutique.shop and ask to be removed. We do not sell or rent the list. See the privacy policy.

We follow the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides. In practice that means:

• We do not write, buy or commission reviews of our own products.
• We do not give a product, a discount, entry to a prize draw, or payment in exchange for a review. If that ever changes, the incentive will be disclosed clearly and prominently on the review itself.
• We do not suppress negative reviews, and we do not filter by rating.
• Where an average rating is displayed it is calculated from every published review for that product.
• Reviews are published only where the reviewer’s order for that product has been delivered.

We may withdraw, suspend or amend any promotion at any time. Changes do not affect an order you have already placed.

We may cancel an order and void a code where we reasonably believe a promotion is being abused — for example duplicate accounts created to reuse a first-order code, or quantities consistent with resale.

All promotions are subject to the terms of service and are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
